created and designed by our team based in Kent, United Kingdom.

The key focus and direction of the design team, led by John Todd, who has forty years of
industry experience, was the accuracy and precise detail required, to ensure a product that
met the highest quality standards expected in a competitive market.

A background of supporting some of the major boiler manufacturers across Europe since
1980 has given the company an understanding of what is required to provide consistently
reliable quality products. Notwithstanding this approach, product quality is constantly

reviewed based on market experience and feedback.

Albeit the Optimum brand is relatively new, it has already created a name within the trade,
OEM and national merchant sector, for innovative design and quality.

Last year saw the launch of Connect by Optimum; a unique range of Wi-Fi controls. The
launch saw a new market start to emerge and demand for more products led to 3
additional variants being created. Connect Wifi products operate seamlessly with Android
and iOS mobile devices.

Although the focus has been on quality and design, we also continue to recognise that cost
remains a key attribute. Our sourcing strategy maximises opportunities to obtain premium
products that are engineered for best cost advantage.
